Just because we pulled <insert recruit here> from another school doesn't mean we can do it with anyone we want. Our staff are not gods. We will miss on some players. Especially if they grew up fans of other teams that they're already committed to.

i know what you are trying to say, but why state the obvious? people around here aren't THAT clueless about recruiting!!:crazy:

Read some of the posts. Some people seem to think that we'll get every single person we want, just because of how Godly our staff is and the fact that we got Jackson from LSU and Nuke from UF. It just annoys me so much

well, they don't belong in the recruiting forum. read and think before you post....maybe even do a little research.

I've been trying to hint at that very same thing, but for some curious reason, people here mistrust my motives.

Guess we'll just have to wait until NSD and sort it all out.

Not many people think we can cherrypick who we want after a 5-7 season...they just think that this staff can never be completely ruled out.

Shut up - you've been hinting the very same thing but you've also been doing the very same crap as some of the major homers are doing for our team... you make quite a few of the major Tennessee homers look objective in this recruiting forum. Florida will get every recruit, ever, possible, ever. The irony in that post kills me.

No you dont you say he didnt go there because of debose which is a bunch of BS. If we can pull in 2 top notch RBs you guys can pull in 2 top notch WRs.

That's simply not the truth. I've pointed out a lot more times where a recruit has indicated that we're on his list and I've posted that we have no shot at him.

I think you see Gator and and a pavlovian reflex kicks in and your mind clouds over.

Edit: On the front page at the present moment are threads for Kenny Shaw, Lamarcus Joyner and Markeith Ambles....all 3 guys had us listed on their board (2 still do) and I said they would never wear Orange & Blue. There's probably at least half a dozen others on the other pages.

Hold on there...burger is making a different point. He's saying that you're not going to get every player on your board just because you have a super staff and they'll pull it off at the end.

There was no mention of Nuke in this post until you just brought it up.

No one is saying that we get every recruit out there. We lost Orson Charles, Marlin Brown, and others last year. But what these guys did was absolutely a miracle last year. There were 3 top 100 players that did not sign after NSD. We got 2/3. We got a top 10 class after a 5:7 season. We won't get everyone. But our staff expects no 1 every year. Will that happen. Maybe not. Buy we will be close to it.

Whatever you say gator - you still look like an idiot and no one will take you seriously here for saying UF didn't offer Jose and didn't want him because he's a fat tub of lard that won't do crap and laughing.
