I also noticed that JPM wasn't in the race, but I then saw that Scott Pruett was in the 41 again so I just figured that Juan was too scared that Scott would pay him back from Mexico.

i bet JPM is at home right now hiding in his closet at the thought of a chump like Scott Pruett coming to get him.

Carpentier fastest in 4th practice. Valiente looking good in the 42 also, maybe Chip should consider putting him in the 42 in cup so they can have a competitive team.

You mean finally winning a race?

Oh, wait, they already have the driver that has that team's only win, ever.

Wow, Steven Wallace leads the other practice. They've spent over 10 hours practicing these past 2 days. Alot of field fillers in this race as each practice only consists of 30-35 cars actually taking time. Qualifying should be cool tomorrow with the format the busch cars use.

If you're talking about the Busch team then it's kind of hard for anyone to have won with that team since he's the only person to drive it besides Kevin Hamlin whose had much better results than JPM has had in this car and it looks like Valiante is going to have great success as well this weekend. This just proves that JPM is a fake and isn't capable of even running good in the busch series unless you consider wrecking your teammate in the final laps a major accomplishment like he did at Mexico.

Good call, genius.

And Casey Mears has been driving the #42 car in Busch races for a couple years before this year. The wisdom of knowledge that is TennesseeFan07 continues to overflow.

I guess I missed it, where did Hamlin win? Where was he even a factor in the race? Oh,t hat's right, nowhere.

First Tid, Casey never ran a full schedule, secondly, Hamlin has had much less seat time than JPM so it's not expected of Kevin to run great with limited race experience

Doesn't look like Montoya is running a full schedule either.

Hamlin has been running stock cars infinitely longer than Montoya. Try again.

He's been running stock cars his entire life, Montoya started racing them competitively last September.

Not that it even matters, Montoya has out performed Hamlin anyway. The guy JPM needs to be watching for is Valiente. That was quite an impressive win today.

No need for excuses, Montoya has ran better than Hamlin. I bet even you can comprehend that 1 is more than 0, as in wins for the two drivers.

Maybe you can even branch out and realize that an entire racing career of experience in a certain type of car is more than 11 months. Maybe.

Come on Tidwell, just admit it. JPM has been a bust. Ragan has outperformed him in the cup and in the busch he's a safety hazard. You make every excuse in the world. Bottom line, Hamlin and Montoya have both competed in the same amount of races in the busch series. It's hard for Hamlin to adjust and get into a rythym when you're racing every 5 weeks against tough competition. At least Montoya gets to race a majority of the races until now.

Guess not.

Where is the proof that Ragan has outperformed Montoya? Let's go ahead and see the stats for wins, top 5s, top 10s, and points for the two drivers. However, given your mental state, apparently worse stats are better, so I can see how you see Ragan as being better than a driver with more wins, tops 5s, top 10s, and points.

What excuse have I made? "Excuse" is not a synonym for "fact." Then again, I don't expect you to know that.

It's not all about wins, it's about consistency and the ability to improve throughout the year. At the beginning of the year David was terrible, but now he's learning to continue to improve. Meanwhile ole Juan Pablo wrecks in about every race he's in. And I don't pass that off as being a competitive person he just has no idea what he's doing out there half of the time. He's the one that has a bad mental state. He just gets all of the attention because he was good in open wheel cars. Guess what, that won't translate into being good in the Nextel Cup. If it wasnt for his name then Ganassi would have completely passed him up and we'd have someone else in the 42 right now.
