Alabama vs Tennessee was everything you could expect. Hard hitting, in your face football. Those guys played with respect for each other too. I saw Brodie get pancaked numerous times and those big uglies on the D-line would pick him back up and pat him on the helmet. That respect went into the fans also. I want to say "Thanks" to the Vol fans that made the trip. I met a group from Chattanooga (Hi Joe and Sandi) that said they were frequent visitors to this forum. They tailgated with us all day Saturday after their generator would not start. Nice folks. At one time our tent had 12 Bama fans and 15 Vol fans around it. I had enough food for a dozen more though. I think I had the best time I have ever had. Thanks for the class, the respect, the competition and most of all, for trusting that we at Bama truly can be OK.
