Hart could have fired Dooley weeks ago, but there would have still been people saying "No, give him another year...."
It's gotten worse. But the fan base is now united against Dooley. Everyone wants him gone. Its' pathetic what happened with our program. There is nobody who believes in Dooley anymore.
But Hart has united the fan base. He will make the decision that pleases everyone. He will look good because of it.
And then, he will hire Jon Gruden, and he will be the most beloved AD director in the history of sports.
This was all in the plan. Dooley is just making it easier.
