True. Usually there's a pattern they find and a lot of times you can take preventative measures to help curb them.

Like you said, hopefully it's isolated. I wouldn't wish a migraine on my worst enemy. Completely debilitating

I took my wife to the ER when she had her first migraine. Seriously thought she was having a stroke. She was like 24 at the time, and the intensity of the migraine was enough to make me think it was a stroke.

Yes. Load you up with some morphine typically. It's not common, only for severe ones.
