Still more than annoyed that Betts went with the Red Sox for $750k but Beede turned down $2 million from the Jays to stay with Vandy.

I really believe that if Betts and Romano had stayed committed to us then we would have had a really good shot to something next year.

I am really happy that he deicided to commit to us, but there is maybe a 1% chance he actually comes here. He is from Puerto Rico, and his family is very poor. You can't blame a kid like that for taking the money. Plus he will probably go top 15 anyway.
