Very little "demands" actually. More of a warning that small business owners were struggling to feed their families and becoming desperate.

Said they were organizing & willing to work with the police or without the police but they needed to open the county because something had to change.

I struggle to call it a demand when they don't want a handout. That Hispanic military veteran seriously has a dangerous case of white privilege thinking he should be able to provide for himself and earn a living.

He owns a restaurant.

On the first weekend in May, Zapata’s restaurant, located in Red Bluff, was cited twice by the local police. Shasta County has levied no restrictions on local businesses other than those ordered by Gov. Newsome.


The citation was for an alleged violation of California government code 8665, which can result in a fine of up to $1,000 or up to six months in jail or both.


Red Bluff Police Chief Kyle Sanders said the restaurant was extremely busy with a line out the front door on Friday when officers issued the citation.

He didn't have to give two sh!ts or even one, the state charged him unemployment tax to operate his business.

Unemployment tax is the price of privilege he already paid. You didn't actually think unemployment was welfare did you? The county needs to recognize how essential it is private businesses pay out to the unemployed that theyL business owner's don't care about.

If the government can't tax business owners to pay for liberals to be unemployed then the liberals will keep peacefully burning businesses.

He's just trying to warn the government they're creating a mostly peaceful spiral into economic collapse.

I mean it’s cool for black people to voice their frustrations over everything. But hey a small business owner venting because of worthless mandates that are ruining lives? Oh yeah I forgot, only black lives who are collecting them govt checks while looting and preaching hate and division matter.
