BO is giving all seniors $250 cash money. Reason? No cost of living adjustment this year (partly because the cost of living has decreased).

Other reason? Hmmm, seniors are highly opposed to the HC reform plans.

Interesting point from the editorial - if the administration can't stomach a year with no COLA; how on earth can they stomach actually cutting $500 billion from Medicare?
