Saturday's game had to end this way. To expel almost 2 decades of frustration and depression against Alabama had to be exorcised this way. A knuckleball field goal with time expiring was the only way to bring to a head the frustration of being a longtime Vol fan. Now that we have conquered Mt. Everest, we must begin anew to assault K2 (Georgia in their own stadium) Our coaches and players will settle down and continue this "Miracle on Ice " season. We are here for many reasons. Our gossamer thread defense that has to be on the field after each of Henson's 2 minute touchdowns, transfer and hardluck players who refused to leave, and a dedicated coaching staff that deserves noting but praise!
