Seem like this staff is big on player development and getting most out of player. I'm thinking a lot of player that didn't play much under Dooley will add some depth under Butch Jones

Agreed. Maybe we found a strength system that will work with the actual system. 6 strength coaches in 5 years is insane.

This is a very good stat. It's good bc of his record. Tells that his teams finish out games as opposed to just scoring meaningless points at the end of the game. Turnover ratio is another good piece of data.
