These are relatively minor offenses, but a $10,000 fine doesn't happen "every year at every school". That is over-selling the case. I am interested to know which high school Georgia won't be able to recruit for two years. That is an important variable here and why it's not necessarily "nothing".

Not that I’m defending Georgia, but just think of how stupid this is. They gave away some shirts and have to pay a $10,000 fine. The NCAA is a joke just lining their own pockets.
