Ole Miss certainly has a high level of talent. Off the top of my head here's some players that will/can get drafted next season (juniors and seniors)

DE Greg Hardy
QB Jevan Snead
OT John Jerry
OLB Patrick Trahan
DB Kendrick Lewis
DB Marshay Green
WR Shay Hodge
WR Dexter McCluster
C Daverin Geralds
TE Gerald Harris
K Josh Shene
DE Marcus Tillman
RB Cordera Eason

And maybe some others. Rebs have serious talent on both sides of ball. Here are some under-classmen other than Jevan Snead that have NFL potential:

DT Jerrell Powe
DE Kentrell Lockett
DT Ted Laurent
DT Lawon Scott
**Orgeron is a D-line specialist, and it shows.
OLB Allen Walker
WR Markeith Summers
RB Brandon Bolden
RB Enrique Davis
RB Devin Thomas

I guess when you eat, sleep, and breathe recruiting, you get in on players the scouting services don't get a chance to properly evaluate. This also works hand in hand with the practice of taking camcorders to record the recruit at practice, weight lifting, other sports, etc. Our coaches have video on many of these recruits that the scouting services will never see. Bonus is that if you get in on a 2 or 3* and identify that they have real D1 potential, you won't have to face the same level of steep competition for the recruit as you would a 4 or 5* guy.

Thanks for this post. It looks like Orgeron has a real talent for spotting diamonds in the rough. Glad he's on our side!

Anyone else remember the story that came out about CEO, that some recruiting/scouting service was in the UT complex trying to get coach O to subscribe to thier services and he watched the film they presented for a bit, and after a while said "This is Tennessee, where are the GOOD players, we only want the BEST here!"

Hes the man, beyond the shadow of any doubt!

I look for Wilson to blow up on the Hill. After about 3 years we will have a hard time holding on to him.

Coach O kicked Warren Sapp out of practice in Miami one day for not being physical enough. When Sapp had a problem with that CEO told him to meet him at midnight behind the practice facility and he would show him what being physical is all about. Sapp never showed. O is one crazy cajun I'm glad we have on our side!

That's the attitude I can't wait to see our team exhibit. We'll be hungry again.

I love Coach Os intensity. I am sure he has toned down somewhat since his Miami days. His intesnity back then got him into BIG trouble. He is wiser and more mature with all the passion to recruit us the best out there. I love this guy

Coach O is the man with the plan. He built a dynasty in USC, loaded up some talent in Ole Miss, and with what we have to sell..... I feel another Dynasty being built.

Also all of those underrated guys at Ole Miss that have become future NFL or current NFL players says alot not only about O's recruiting and player development; but should say something about Aaron Ausmus who prepared those guys up until last year.
