There hasn't been a single year when anyone outside of the top 5 or 6 had a decent case to be in.

They are insane if they expect fans to travel to up 4 bowl sites during the holidays. Those stadiums would be graveyards.

How attractive is the Rose Bowl now to TV with the 2 local teams in the Big10? You won't get USC-Michigan or OSU-UCLA in it now. Those games will be played at Lucas Field in December.

Good point. With the LA teams joining B1G, rendeners the traditional match up moot. Only big draws left for Rose are Washington and Oregon. How crazy if one those ends up playing a B1G championship, USC? This realignment probably paved the way for Rose Committee to sign off on expansion.
