Rep. Chris Cannon won his primary in UT-03 last night. It was seen as a focal point on the whole immigration issue. Cannon was for guest worker program and his opponent was for the tight program supported by the majority of the GOP in the House.
What does this mean? Does this mean that going into the fall guest worker initiatives have the momentum? Will W use his capital he got from this race?
