She apparently used the pandemonium to get the eff out of Dodge. The authorties can't find her. Here's hoping she's caught at the border as she tries to slink back to Germany.

The sign was half in French and half in German. Hope somebody helps track her down. She was clearly just leaning out into the road trying to get on TV as the pack came by.
The roadside fan who caused a giant crash at the Tour de France on Saturday is to be sued by the organizers.
The woman concerned held up a banner slightly into the road and was looking straight at the television motorbike cameras with her back turned on the speeding peloton. "We are suing this woman who behaved so badly,” Tour deputy director Pierre-Yves Thouault told AFP. "We are doing this so that the tiny minority of people who do this don’t spoil the show for everyone,” he said
Now the cops are looking to charge her with "deliberately violating safety regulations and causing injuries that might prevent someone working for up to three months" if they can identify and locate her. If she is German, I sense the Frogs will be looking for a little payback for WW1 and WW2.
