I heard Jon McClain on the radio today and he said the only reason they're staying with Norv is because their GM doesn't want to fire him.

He went on to say that if the owners fired the GM then it would be harder for them to get the new stadium they want.

It amazes me how a team with that much talent does so poorly. They have great players at almost every position, yet never get very far in the playoffs, if at all. That old saying about doing the same thing over and over again and expecting change is the definition of insanity definately applies with this team.
