Over the past 3 SEC games, Chris Lofton is 29 of 44 for a total of 89 points.

Let's put this in perspective, for every shot he ATTEMPTS he is scoring 2 points.

My friends, that is amazing.

To add to the list, over the past 6 SEC games he is 24-25 at the free throw line. In his last 33 attempts he has hit 32

Impressive numbers indeed. Thanks for sharing. Let's hope that he continues this through the rest of the season. He certainly seems to be in a zone right now.

Which game did he miss one? I thought he was perfect in SEC play from the line. I must have missed it.

I still haven't seen anything on Sportscenter about our game. At the end of one segment, Stupid Scott said " oh and Stanley Asumnu with a steal and a dunk....who needs pictures?" and then the show ended. :banghead:

Those numbers bumped his year to date numbers to:

..................Points, FG%, FT%, 3P%
Chris Lofton: 17.6, 49.4, 92.9, 46.5

Pretty impressive

He got the win at Rupp under his belt. I think that was what got him going every night. Heck, I've been feeling pretty good since the win at Rupp too.

Lofton doesn't make the SEC stats list on Free Throws because you have to average 2.5 per game. He's just under 2.

However, he is % leader if he was included.

Also, as I expected - the Auburn game MOV puts UT at the highest MOV in SEC play. UT now has an MOV of 9 points per game. UF is about 8.5 per game. Orange and Blue can say that 16 points in nothing to get excited about but this team is beating others in the league more often and by a bigger margin than any other team.

You need to check your stats Einstein. He has not missed from the line in SEC play.

Another stat on Lofton is that if he stays he will be on pace to break the 3 pt record that Redick broke the other night:

Freshman year: Redick 90 threes, Lofton 93
Sophomore year: Redick 102 threes, Lofton 86 with probably 8-10 games left

Wow, didn't know that. Thanks for the info. There's not doubt in my mind that he'll break 100 this year. He might shatter JJ's 102.
