Too bad he and AJ Hawk never played together extensively. That would have given me some relief of my vehement hatred of the Buckeyes. Hawk and Animal together again.

That would have been fun. Would Tressel have brought in Paul Ellering to coach linebackers?

After further review of the 2002 NC game, if you slow the tape down enough you can actually see Ellering come out of the end zone in a Miami uniform and hit Chris Gamble with a folding chair. That is why the pass interference was called.

I think a loaded rolled up Wall Street Journal could be an effective coaching tool.

Coronette had one too . . . Of course it was back in the 80s and it was just a cordless phone that he couldn't have possibly called anyone on. It wasn't used as frequently as the tennis racket, but he brained several people with the ole AT&T.

:birgits_giggle:If he got into trouble, he could always call his Mama on that huge phone that he liked to carry.
I go to the Derby every year. I've been to the Governor's Ball. I can't find a single person who says Jim Cornette's mama is a pillar of Louisville society.

Did you every notice that once Stan replaced Dennis Condrey, the MX didn't have to use the racket near as much?
