Most of us are ready for a change. Mainieri’s time has passed. We are 45/45 in the SEC the last 3 seasons (2018, 2019 & 2021). This doesn’t work here. I’d love to hire your guy.

3rd highest career winning % in SEC history; unfortunately for him, one of the two he’s behind hired him and still roams the halls at his pleasure. I’m afraid LSU fans won’t be satisfied until they find another Skip. Those kinds of runs just aren’t going to happen anymore.

I was just about to respond with that same sentiment when I saw your post. With the job Coach Vitello has done here, I would think LSU might have him in their preferred list. AD White needs to give the man anything he wants in order to keep him in Knoxville. I truly believe there is a National Championship in his future, would love to see it be in Ktown.
