The Chick-Fil-A Bowl, which will be going back to the Peach Bowl name after this year, will be part of the playoff rotation. The committee that selects the playoff participants will also select who plays in the other bowls during the years they aren't hosting a semifinal.

I don't really think they had much choice. They were pretty much told that to be part of the championship rotation, they would have to pick Peach Bowl back up as their name. Of course, I'm sure they'll just go to Chick-Fil-A Peach Bowl, but that's better than nothing.
