This wasnt the first time this year..I understand Childress, JPeppers and crew were rushing him like crazy. Their running game needs to get going for them to be successful

But the great favre doesnt need Adrian Peterson he can throw 20 ints a year just fine without him

I mean I understand where Favre was coming from. It was 7-6 late in the 3rd quarter. The Vikings were ahead and are going for the number 1 seed. I wouldn't want to be pulled while protecting a one point lead either.

Favre was just having fun and playing like a kid out there. I understand why he wanted to stay out there and continue having fun and playing like a kid.

But the head coach who gets paid to make the decisions felt he did not give them the best chance to win. That is when you shut the hell up and think "Maybe I am overrated like everyone says i am" swallow your pride and do what the hell the coach says. He did this kind of thing when green bay drafted rogers he said he would not help aaron rodgers learn the playbook because "why would i help somebody take my job" and right before he retired (the first time) when green bay wouldnt go pay for a whole bunch of top notch free agents.

Yeah, everybody says he's overrated, even though he has the second best QB rating in the NFL this year.

So one year makes a great QB?
He has the record for most ints ever thrown, most ints for tds ever thrown, and he doesnt even care about the team, he is a selfish hick that only cares about the attention

He's just a gunslinger being a gunslinger.

And of course ESPN is all over it with their favre worship

Dilfer came on saying that the only way this team will win a championship is if they completely let favre do what he wants to do in game (regardless of play called, etc)

So correct me if I'm wrong, but i think after listening to him the so-called football "expert" just say a team should disregard the their coach and side with their QB if they want to win...

Clearly Favre was signing on to be the head coach as well as the starting quarterback when he joined the Vikings. I don't see what's so hard to understand about this.

I suppose those supercede his records for most career touchdown passes, most career passing yards, most career pass completions, most consecutive starts, and most career victories as a starting quarterback?

I can't wait till Feb 2nd next year..
Will Favre see his shadow and decide to think about his future for six weeks?
Or will he not see his shadow and decide to retire then so he can unretire 2 days before camp? All we know is Chris Mortenson will be there live for the ceremony.
