PRiCs have been turned into eunichs years ago. I'm beginning to change my opinion on MacArthur's thoughts for how to deal with them. Nipping things in the bud often keeps them from coming back and biting you on the butt later.

Unfortunately until Trump we’d been doing more nurturing than neutering vis a vis the PRC. And if Biden gets in it will be more of the same.

I'd say the PRiCs have us almost where they want us. Imagine a war with the county that has basically taken over your industrial sector and planted enough spies in your industry, research facilities, and electronic communications to mimic your newest weapons that you may not have the facilities to build. That's not to say the PRiCs didn't have ample help from progressive globalists in governments and from overt greed in the industrial and financial/investment sectors.
