I just got done watching most of the post game stuff omn CBS and ESPN.

And i couldn't help but notice how both coaches and players were more than humble in both vitory and defeat. Lovie Smith was very gracious in defeat and after his post game interview, i couldn't help but think that's how it's supposed to be done.

same for dungy. i don't know how anyone views the religious aspect of his post game thing on the stage, personally, i could have done w/out it, but either way, i thought both origanizations, players, and coaches handled the enitre thing with a great deal of class.

so hat's off :hi: to to the Bears and Colts, and congrats to peyton, tony and the entire colts' team. they deserve all the praise they get.

(and i can't lie, i loved watching Rex struggle....i loved it A LOT!! who's gator bait now??? LOL!!!)

congrats!

I was totally kidding. And I totally pulled those stats out of thin air. You can relax. I am not on the grammar squad.

I very much agree with the original post.

Very humble comments from everyone on the Colts. Kinda felt sorry (just for a minute) when Rex was talking because his voice was wavering so much.

I thought Urlacher was classy too. No excuses, no "we beat ourselves", he said they just beat us.

Yeah , both these teams seem to tops in the "class". It was a hard hitting game and there were a few shoving matches here and there but even on the field they showed alot of class, not lots of taunting just business from both sides.

Decent game with top notch players and coaches. Dungy and Lovie both went up a couple rungs in my book.

I agree. Both organizations are class from top to bottom.

yeah, i was just really impressed with Lovie right after the game, he just walks out of the locker room which had to be fairly emotional...and just congratulated the colts and Tony....probably not the most opportune time to have a mic and camera shoved in your face...and he handled it great.

same with Urlacher....his post game comments....very classy, and i would expect that from him.

it's nice to see that sportsmanship isn't in fact dead, as evidenced by the likes of bellicheck a couple of weeks ago.

Lovie was very gracious in his defeat and I think he would have been that way for whoever was the winning coach, he's so close to Dungy. His contract expired this year didn't it or did they renew it or am I dead wrong.
