Arkansas? what are they telling/giving these kids?

Haha I dunno?!?! The only thing that could bring them in is their new arena cause God knows they have nothing else to offer. Either that or Pelfrey is getting down on his knees for the recruits if you know what I mean.

The only problem for Pelphrey is that he better win this season or he's gone and will never see this class. HEs had losing seasons two years ina row over in Fayetteville and he's had decent teams. The man cant coach.

What the Hogs have to offer is the chance to play immediately for a program that has had a successful past.

New arena has a Championship banner and a few Final Four banners hanging in them that aren't for women's basketball.

Keep in mind, quantity goes into the rankings formula a good bit.

We only have 2 signees, but the quality of our guys is a lot better than some on this list.

For instance- WVU has 5 mediocre guys, and no one is in the Top25 with less than 3 guys.

Our class is good for our needs - but it is not done yet.

Recruiting rankings are useless until the Spring signing period really. The only reason I liked them last year when Memphis was in the top-3 was because we signed all of our guys in the fall. I think we picked up one more in the Spring.

Memphis women have quite a few banners.............for pom pom.

Is that trash talk? Im not sure because our pom girls are pretty hot and who really cares about womens basketball?

Joy Lee was a very good friend of mine. She cared. And some of the true UM fans cared then. I will tell Joy Lee your attitude. Oh and by the way, major factor in her getting out of Memphis to go back home. I mean, really can you blame her.

But if I had to compare the Lady Tigers to Lady Vols then yeah I can certainly see why you "DON'T" care!

Coach McFerrin is doing a wonderful job with our ladies but in the grand scheme of things its still womens basketball.

Blah blah blah women's basketball.
Yawn....So they have nothing to offer. Get some new material bro, as adorable as your little sctick is, it's grown a bit repetitive. I recommend a fresh start.

It never ceases to amaze me how people here always manage to hijack a thread with talk of something irrelevant like womens basketball.

Its still only 2 guys. We aren't in the top 25 for a reason. We need at least one more signee of 3* calibur to crack that list. Of course, we are all hoping for a quality Big and another wing to add to the class

Where should Tennessee be ranked here given our 2 Top 50 guys are signed?

UT's two kids are just as deserving of a spot between 18-25. Once you get past the top 10-15 classes, the rankings become pretty subjective and opinionated by those doing the ranking. There is no clear cut way to cull those last seven spots, especially the order they are in.

Ware will be a contributor at some point, but if he's one of the 50 best players in the Class of '11 it's one of the weakest crops of high school players of all time.

we need a big body. losing williams and fields next year will hurt. we'll sure have plenty of guards to go around though.
