ever since the clausens arrived in knoxville, our football team has been deflated. no top 10 wins in the third biggest venue in college football. PATHETIC. only two bowl wins since they arrived. PATHETIC. 3 straight losses to georgia at home. PATHETIC. injury after injury after injury. our history of sending players to the nfl has gone way down. we have dropped out of the top 25 at least twice since they got here. got pummeled in the freakin peach bowl by clemson and maryland, back to back. FREAKIN PATHETIC. fans arent as emotional as they once were. no bcs in 6 years now. PATHETIC. no sec championships in 7 years.

so i say screw jimmy. let rick graduate and dont look back. we have ainge and johnathon to work with. we need to take back the great stadium we have rented out for to long now. we need to kill randy sanders and bury him in a field somewhere. and just move on and forget that these clausens ever played here.

"we need to kill randy sanders and bury him in a field somewhere"

I not going anywhere near that one.

Why couldn't we have Peyton Manning with our current defense? :dunno:

Just part of the Clausen Curse.

How good would we be with our defense and a quarterback who could throw for 3800 yards in a season.

Ever since we lost chris Simms that has killed us. He would have started after T left and no clausen would have ever been here.

heck, even ken dorsey thought simms was going to come here. if he knew sims would kill us, then we would have had ken dorsey here instead of clausen. dorsey wasn't an nfl star but he could play college ball.

it kills me because ken dorsey went 38-2 as a starter.

he also had a national title and two one loss seasons with second place.
and they would have won the second year if miami had a defense. (like us)

Perhaps you can call it the Simms Curse. It has been a snowball affect ever since he changed his mind. What changed his mind? This is my guess but it has a lot to do the the staff and how Simms would be delveloped. Was it becasue Phil didnt have confidence in RS developing Chris Simms.

How quickly we forget. A couple of weeks ago, we were ready to nominate Rick for president.

No, Rick isn't Peyton and neither was Casey.

On the other hand, with Rick, we don't have to hire Sigmund Freud as an assistant. Ainge is a head case, and so is Wilhoit. Don't get me started.

This isn't about who we lost or whether we're jinxed. The only 'jinx' at UT is the one that makes PF think he'll have 7 years of constipation if he dumps RS (pun intended).
