Haters can put this one in their pipe and smoke it.

Swiperboy will be just fine at UT.

Kenny Hall and Tobias Harris and Woolridge will be hard to handle next year.

Sherron Collins dives on the ground and draws imaginery fouls more than any player I have ever watched. He is a talent, but he is also as big of a homo as a brazilian soccer forward looking for a penalty shot.

Tennessee has to hit free throws.

I love the game Stephen Pearl had in some ways, but you are the coaches son, you cannot miss free throws. His timeout to avoid a held ball is huge...

Bobby Maze did not force things, he also made his FTs which is KEY!

Scotty Hopson became a grown man today. His dunks, his defense, his heart...

JP Prince, I am still desiring the credit for the thread in which I abandoned my defense of you and called you out. You have been incredible ever since and you are playing like you want to go deep in the tournament.
Your FTs still stink, but when you line up like I do when I am bowling, it is clear that is not getting fixed. Just keep up your defense and dunk or shoot those awesome left handed layups.

At 2:30 left in the game, with a player on the ground (should have been a foul offensively) 4 TN players played the best halfcourt inside defense I have seen them play. Everyone was ready, no penetration was possible...

The commentators cheered for Kansas all game. It made me angry. Danielson was the most guilty of it.

Chisms ability to bring the ball in against the press is unique for his size and could help him get to the NBA. Contrast that to Aldridge.

McBee youll always be, a freaking hero to me!
The danger from Grainger was the margin of victory. Another screw you to the haters...

Overall I could not be more proud of my coach or my school!

Huge emotional let down for the start of the SEC schedule, but TN could play 80% of this game and hit the FTs they usually do and they will win.

If Tenn plays with the heart and intensity I saw on the court today they could go far in the tourney. Never underestimate a teams heart....

Section 103, sad cause it is the hated coach, happy for the beloved team.

Hard to watch the very players you dogged most show up biggest though...

i told my wife after the 4 got suspended that sometimes a team comes together and playes better than they did before.and goes on a roll .lets hope that tennessee is on that roll.they beat charolett handedly and now kansas .need to do better from line, when i was watching flordia and vandy the comentators already written tennessee off saying that kentucky if they beat flordia in gainsville they would go undefeated in sec play and vandy and flordia would finish 2 and 3 and tennessee 4th.go vols show them they said that before tyler got kick off team and the others suspended that ut could have beat them but not now lets show them i hope kentucky is number 1 when we play them and beat them to.but go get auburn first

I have not seen all the UT games this year, but the ones I saw prior to the Memphis reminded me of street ball. Not a lot of teamwork.

This game was a stark contrast to the other games I have seen this year.

I like it.

You can absolutely still use it as an excuse for not going far in the tourney. You just cannot point out teams that are certain to crush UT in the tourney...

Texas looked beatable against Arkansas. I think we will win at least 1 of the two games against UK. UNC, Michigan State, Purdue, WVU, Syracuse...

TN has the chance to go deep in the tournament because this is a down year nationally in the sense that there is not a team where you have 3 future NBA players who are all playing like they want to destroy another team every single night.

I agree. Nobody was stopping that UNC team from winning the title. I would say Texas could be that team, but they have Rick Barnes as coach.

Chisms ability to bring the ball in against the press is unique for his size and could help him get to the NBA. Contrast that to Aldridge as long as he doesn't dribble behind his back anymore.

These things I can agree with.I'm not a fan of ignore list (too old for that) but I'll give you props on the above things.

I thought Lundquist gave tons of praise to the Vols. Maybe you had a different broadcast than we had here on Florida.

Yup!

I was at the game and didn't see the telecast, but my son watched the game and said the comentators were very gracious about our team and our effort. I never thought I would see Wooldridge make those kind of contributions to this team---lead the team in rebounding the last two games. I think the biggest factor is players getting more minutes and being able to be in the flow of the game instead of being taken out every four minutes. Great win--hope we don't have a let-down for Auburn.

Talk to me after February 13.
