Lawrence only played 3 series. They went 5 deep in their quarterback depth chart including a walk on no one had ever heard of. Chase Bruce and Taisun Pommachanh looked (sp) both looked pretty good in relief, especially Brice. That guy has to be the best backup QB in FCS football.

True freshmen receivers catching TD passes. 5 different tailbacks got carries.
Backup defenders got significant playing time.

Love Dabo or hate him, that's the kind of thing that gets recruits, makes them love the program, and keeps the best ones around.

Maybe the Vols can get to that level some day. I know it's a dream, but sometimes dreams come true.

Most coaches panic and wont chance it till game is too close to final whistle. So at best 3rd string.

He can do that in order to keep the players content. That retention helps with the talent level at practice, and this just makes the team just that better. Having quality talent on the Scout team etc is paying off for Clemson.
