Is this the same kid that intercepted the pass by Simms leading to the blowout in the second half? The one who started running up and down the sidelines saying it was his house? If so then I hope he ends up suspended the rest of the year. If he does come back I wouldn't care if he was chopped and broke both knees.

The seatbelt violation isn't the issue. The issue is getting caught driving with a suspended license, again! If true, he's an idiot.

However, the father has quotes in the Eugene paper saying that Cliff's CA license is not suspended anymore, and that they can show proof of insurance. This might be a case where the ticket simply gets thrown out.
