Just under 2 years out and the gloves are starting to come off.

David Geffen - former Clinton supporter, fundraiser ($18 million) and Lincoln bedroom guest/customer is supporting Obama and took this shot at the Clintons.

'Everybody in politics lies, but they do it with such ease, it's troubling,'' he said.

The Clinton campaign is demanding that Obama apologize and give back the $$$ that Geffen helped him raise a couple nights ago.

:dance2: Hang on; it's going to get pretty wild.

Great. Perhaps the right can hope that this gets so brutal that Hillary and Obama could canabalize each other. I doubt it, but hope is a good thing.

I think Edwards could be waiting in the wings while Clinton and Obama take each other out.

I wish Colin Powell would consider running.. I don't like most of the canidates on both sides..

Look out for former Tennessee Senator and current Law and Order tv star, Fred Thompson. I thought a few months ago when he sat in for Paul Harvey that it was another good way of getting his name out there for a run, and he is exploring his options.

He would make a strong candidate for the GOP.

I think the press has been pushing this for a couple of weeks now. I don't think either of those candidates can win the electoral college. Depending on the GOP nominee, the Ds will have their work cut out for them since they will not be able to run against Bush in '08.
