I was getting kindof ticked to be honest. Obviously, I don't like Hall and felt CM went away from what has us winning 8 of the last 9, which was our 4 guard lineup. I thought he was going down with the ship.
Then we went to the 4 guard lineup, pushed the pace a few times, and went on a March run because our guys got some energy and rhythm. When you want energy and effort to carry you, you have to go with those who have energy and effort, and he did.

Merge if you want.

Having their bigs in foul trouble made that decision easier...the 4 guard was having trouble containing bowers. Shoutout to Q in the first half, he plays much bigger than he really is, reminds me of Dane in that sense.

I know, but we are lucky he didn't hit 3 or 4 more when Hall was out there. I like us defending him with him backing a hustler down rather than blowing by or spotting up with no problem

This. Hall had to play because Bowers was abusing our guards. I guess Yemi is too stiff for him.

You have to roll with a decision. Kind if like picking your line on a putt. I know Bowers hit a couple of 3's but you take your chances with him out there. Not going off from 3.

Ill advise shot by Pressey had Mizzou Coach wanting to slap the taste out of his mouth down the stretch. Good win by the Vols today. This should solidify them in. How many does the SEC get in though? I'm thinking 5 - Fla, Tn, Ole Miss, Ala & UK.

Bowers didn't abuse Hall in the post.

He abused him off ball.

Haith is an idiot. As soon as Hall left, Bowers should have gotten the ball on the block ten times.

Fla, Missouri, KY and Tn.
Bama has 1 Quality win and 4 bad losses. Not a chance.

Correct. I just didn't remember him posting Hall. When Hall played, he tended to pick and pop or spot up and there was, shockingly, confusion on almost everyone. Without Hall, we could switch.
Haith and their pg just freaked out a little. It's good to see other players and teams do it every so often.

Yea with Bama and Tennessee facing off in the second game that eliminates the chance of both getting in. I agree with the 4 you mention.

We're playing for seeding now.
Martin kicked the jinx.
The rap on him when he came was that he had never won when it came to crunch time.
Hope this quiets a lot of the critics, including me.
Big time WIN.

Cuonzo has taught the guards (with his new four guard lineup) to switch all picks except with Jarnell, and even then Jarnell usually either shows or hedges to let the guards recover. When you throw in Kenny and Jarnell, they are so use to switching they call for the switch and usually someone gets open, especially because Hall goes under and an easy pass can get there. I don't think Kenny wants to switch, I just think it's what they are comfortable with.

Hard to do that when your PG is pulling from 25 on the break.
