Has anyone mentioned the fact the Fulmer looked effing pumped yesterday. I saw more fire out of him than I have seen in at least two years, I mean, he threw his hat for christ's sake. I wonder if he hulked up in the locker room?

I seriously doubt that even he expected to be up 35-0 towards the top of the 3rd quarter.

It was nice to see him so fired up. This offseason took its toll on him and he was letting all that frustration release.

Heard the crowd signing Hey Hey Good Bye late fourth quarter. Loved that!! Predicted that might happen and they made my dreams come true.

that must have been the follow up to
"Overrated" & "SEC" early in the 3rd Quarter

Fulmer straight up schooled tedford last night on how to coach a football game...That's the bottom line....Tedford can have them practice in simulated noises all week all he wants to but nothing compares to the actual thing

Being no big Fulmer fan myself, he impressed me last night. He was fired up and you can tell. That bleeds off to the players, getting them fired up to see their coach pumped, which in turn just builds and builds. Good to see some good ole fashioned Tennessee ball. I am so glad Cut is back, and Chavis always has been the man.

I think fulmer is good fit at tennessee I mean come on he has spent 33 years being a VOLUNTEER somehow player, asst. coach, head coach......he loves this football team, and their isnt anyone else in the country who would want this team to be national champions other then him 1 bad year and it seemed like everyone was giving up on him but people before last year look what he has done for this school, and our program. I knew even though i was very upset 6 sat last year, that fulmer was going to make something happen.

He blew a fuse when the ref originally called the catch by Meach on the sideline short. His hat came off and he was fumed. Good to see so much emotion from him.

he was ticked at another play around the 15 yard line i believe it was a pass interference call. he was all over the officials, so was the crowd. it seemed like old times.

Its just one game, but I'm amazed how different the team looks this year as opposed to last year.

I thought Fulmer throwing his hat had something to do with his desire to challenge the play. At least, an article I read indicated that was the case.

That was awesome when we were chanting "Hey hey, Good-bye."

I mean, you felt sorry for Cal for half a millisecond, and then you went back to belting out the words to that song.

Well if that was the case it worked & those were two plays that he had a right to get mad about too. Both were obviously bad calls

No, it had to do with his anger. The guy that follows him around and holds his headset cable held onto his hat while he continued to yell into the ref's ear.

Coaches don't notify the refs they want to challenge by taking off an article of clothing and throwing it.

Yeah. I think they actually have a little flag just like in the NFL.

I mentioned this in passing Saturday night. It is very nice to see the coach get a little bit emotional about the game.

Yeah probably not. But it isn't that far fetched. Refs throw their hats, I think when more than one penalty occurs on a single play or if a player gets called for illegal touching.

No, they were talking about this during the Miss St/ S Carolina game. The coach has to call a timeout to challenge a call. If he wins the challenge, he gets the timeout back, if not he loses it.
