What I like about the practice videos I've seen to date:
1. The coaches are coaching, constantly coaching group and individual efforts.
2. Players are constantly running, not walking. Going on the field, going to practice stations, getting back to your station after an effort, going off the field, always running. I believe this is what Chip Kelly did with Oregon and why his teams had so much stamina. This is not a one day event but an everyday thing.
3. It appears the coaches mostly do the same thing-run so it's a practice what you preach staff.
4. Seems to be lots of repetitive sessions which will make players consistent because the actions will become automatic.
5. I keep getting a smirking grin when I see how big WRs like Croom, Blanc, and Harris look. Man oh man, when North gets here. We seem to have a big one in the Cranford. The TEs may well end up being big time surprises as well.
