We are spending a lot of money as it is. I think we need to distribute the wealth better is the biggest problem. I think Nico is gonna be a great QB, but a college kid doesn’t need $8 million dollars while the rest of the team is getting significantly less. Not saying it’s causing problems in the locker room, but eventually it could. We need to be spending bigger on linemen on both sides of the ball, it starts in the trenches.

Eventually there will be a salary cap of sorts with additional rules for how long a player must stay after a transfer, unless they graduate, a sliding scale by position and recruitment rating, and every program will have a de-facto GM. It is gonna stink.
