Thanks for Posting! It's good to hear him talk. I think his comments about giving Scotty & Tobias all the time they need to make a decision will play well with the recruits.

Likes to have around 10 guys on scholarship.

So, depending on the decisions of Scotty and Tobias, that means signing 1-3 players.

CCM shot 5000 shots a week during the summer. I doubt our kids outside of Tobias shot that many in a month. I'm trying to take the wait and see approach but the more I hear fom this guy the more I respect him and believe he has a real chance to great things here.

Can we finally put to bed the agrument about why CCM has not met with Ware or Jones? He clearly states in the press conference that he will visit them on Thursday as this will be the first day he can hit the recruiting trail.

I guess that's one way of proactively limiting NCAA punishments. Surely we'll keep as many on scholarship as they let us, right? Around 10 equals 12 or 13?

That would equal a 2-3 year contract extension. Honestly, I think he likes to keep a couple in his pocket so he can manuever his roster based on the talent available in that given year or if a transfer player becomes available that they really like.

I think he meant that Tennessee was as high as it would ever get when Brian Williams was strolling around stumbling into coeds and pinching campus PD arse...

Only playing 6 3/4 players per game makes having 10 scholly players seem very functional... not much of a practice squad and hard to keep reloading rather than rebuilding with this model IMO though...

I like his take on playing for the name on the front and not on the back..Coaches say it alot but this is a great idea.
