I was there and got to talk with Coach Pearl for a minute. Seems like a very nice guy.

Dang... Tech has now beat Oregon State and a team that went to the tourney last year. I might have to start going out to their basketball games.

Hey charly, LA's football team is gonna be practicing at Tech this week to get used to playing on turf. Come on up and see'em.

Why did Strib leave UT, anyway? Lack of playing time? I felt like he was one of the better talents Buzz recruited, then mysteriously sat on the bench most of the time.
