It absolutely pisses me off to read blogs from so called Tennessee fans downing Coach Pearl. This is the man that took Tennessee from College Basketball Purgatory, and resurrected this program. TN Basketball is relevant again, yet some fans can't be please no matter what. I will admit, that I am not satisfied with the level of play from our BBall team at this point in time. But neither is Coach Pearl. I promise you know one is losing more sleep than CBP. We have to be patient with the younger players and allow them time to adjust to the college game. We will when at least 10 SEC games and make the NCAA tournament. When was the last time we went to the big dance 4 years in a row?

Bruce is still the man. I to was expecting more from our guys. Its frustrating that were not getting more production from maze, hopson. Tatum sometimes can't hit a FT to save his life. Inconsistancy in my opionion has been the main downside at this point in the season. They have stepped it up on the defensive end of the court the last 2 games.

I still question his ability to have our team execute in a halfcourt set and make adjustments during the game. Plus our D is not where a top coach should have his team.

Jerry Green made four straight NCAA Tournaments, thus proving it's not that great an accomplishment.

This team wont suddenly start knocking down 3's & FT's. Our only point's come from the paint. Every game we play will be close from here on out because of that. Our defense will keep us in some game's because it is improving but not being able to hit FT's or knock down open jump shot's will cost us alot of game's.

You're a moron if you dont think Bruce is a better coach than Green. Quit hating. Bruce is the man and everybody needs to lay off him. He will get it figured out.

You're a moron if your reading skills are so pathetic that you somehow took a comparison between Green and Pearl out of my post. I was simply pointing out that anything Green can do is not an accomplishment to beat your chest about. Of course, Pearl slurpers like you haven't been bright enough to notice that we've been pathetic in the halfcourt on both ends for his entire tenure, so why would I expect insight now?
