6 years in the Boyd-Buchanan School, and a ½ year in another private school I don't like to claim. The other 5½ years were in public schools. College at Chattanooga State and UTC.SOJ, out of curiosity, did you go to public school? And do you drive on public roads?
"In coaching, you've got to have more discipline and you've got to be more strict and just conservative, I think.
You aren't entitled to anything. You don't inherit anything. You get what you earn—your position on the team," Mr. Holtz said. "You're treated like everybody else. You're held accountable for your actions. You understand that your decisions affect other people on that team…There's winners, there's losers, and there's competitiveness."
"There's an awful lot of people who want to be in coaching for the number of jobs," he said. "It's highly competitive. And many of them have had to spend a fair amount of time as graduate assistants, interns—as much as four, five, six, seven, eight years—making very, very little money to get into the profession. And they will work 70, 80, 90 hours a week during the season.
"I think that background—adherence to discipline, sometimes sacrifice, loyalty to core values—those things tend to have people move in that direction."

No, people like you merely 'drive'. I on the other hand, am very experienced at the art of high speed driving and emergency maneuvers. I was told by a local police lieutenant, "in 20 years on the force, you're the only guy I have ever seen who can out run a police radio every time". I even lost their helicopter one time.
Come on up and let me take you for a ride. I'll take you around Missionary Ridge (site of the Civil War battle), at night with the headlights out, faster than you can drive it on a bright sunny day.
BTW, I used to fly private aircraft too (not since 2001).
Now, a question for you.
Have you ever presented an arguement that contained enough logic to actually win a case?
the case can be made the public roads are a Constitutional power granted to the federal government.
Public schools, not so much.
as to the topic, I'm sure Title IX was a big influence.
