WOW.

Moving up 4 spots in that poll is pretty big. Tennessee jumped the three that lost ahead of them (TCU, Va Tech, Iowa) and an Idle Florida St.

Probably be 13th in the other two.

Georgia only ONE VOTE ahead of LSU for 9th in the coaches. They will probably still be top 10 in Harris, and the media may drop UGA to 11th, but shouldnt be any lower.

Good to see we got a little love. If things go right this week, we could be in the top 10, though probably closer to 11.

The polls are part of the process.

The same people saying screw the polls now, will be the ones praising a high ranking at season's end.

Oh i want a high ranking, but as long as we win the polls will take care of themselves. I mean screw the polls now. At the end of the season is when they count.

Ask Auburn if the early polls mean anything.

Sometimes simply winning isn't enough. Anytime you can move up, you are doing well.

i have to agree with ya here. i think the polls are always important. auburn absolutely got shafted by the bcs that year.
