Just trust our AD White. He will make the best choice. “Fans feelings” hold a lot of responsibility on where this program is now.
He didn’t take on this challenge to run the program further from relevance. He took the challenge to take us back up. And that monumental challenge is probably going to take 5-7 years and some more bumps along the way.

I hope you aren't referring to the fans effectively killing the Schiano hire. His 12 year winning percentage at Rutgers is 0.493.

Rutgers' all time winning percentage is 0.496. So, he is slightly worse than the average for that school.

There is a reason no big school has ever hired him, and his record is a big part of it.

Billy Napier and Tony Elliot are way too low on that list. Mack Brown and Gus are way too high.

That list is a little messed up. Sam Pittman as a mid tier coach... um it's his first year coaching and he had the same record as Pruitt, so you must thing Pruitt is a mid tier coach.

I'm trying to remain positive and give AD White the benefit of the doubt he'll bring the right guy to Knoxville. I hope we are getting close to closing this door and beginning our official rebuild.

I personally would be more interested in Kendal Briles than Elliot. Has put a good offense on the field everywhere he has been or at least made the most of what he had to work with / not a product of riding the Clemson coattails. Also unlike Elliot he is a QB coach first and foremost. My knock on Elliot is he would have to find a QB coach to develop one.

Think they need to find a coach with HC experience but if you go the coordinator route that would be my pick.

But he would have to do it again to come to us. So if he came to us it would only confirm that he cannot be trusted.

People please stop with the Coordinators for head coach, it rarely works.

Imagine Clemson or Alabama going after Randy Sanders in 1999 after we won the National Championship? That’s what we did when we went after Pruitt. Or if we were to go after Tony Elliott.

Please just stop.

I still say Will Healy @ Charlotte would be a "Top Tier" HC

Personally I’d swap Napier for Chadwell but that’s just me. I have no idea why y’all are so high on a guy who’s never even been to a power 5 school

It happened in 2014 Arkansas went after Clemson OC Chad Morris the flavor of d day and he took Arky all the way to the bottom of SEC West.
