I'm surprised by this. He's a tweener and those don't do particularly well with the big boys.

Man Im really torn on this. I think he's an amazing talent and overall a fantastic kid but I just dont think he's ready for the NFL yet. Im interested to see where McShay or Kiper put him in the draft range. I would imagine he would be mid 2nd rounder possibly early 3rd unless he has a terrific pro day. Either way I hope he does great and ends up in the Niners

Would it matter if he came back? He'd only be risking injury. He's not going to have a better year with a new QB.

What do they have him predicted as? Running Back, Receiver? He pretty much did it all for Kentucky.

Have to be a receiver/return specialist. He seems awful small for an NFL RB.

Tweener for sure, but helluva football player. He'll find a way to carve out a solid career for himself at the next level.

Agreed. I wouldn't mind if the Colts used a mid-round pick on him. Our return game has been one of the worst in the league for years.

They would compliment each other and RC can play other positions.

Cobb's best asset is as a returner and the Pats don't need one with Welker IMO JMO tho.

I wouldn't be shocked if the Pats picked him up.

I think he could come in and run the situational wildcat on any team in the league. He's got a lot to offer, IMO.
