I’m quietly excited about UK’s season. SEC commentators said that UK is the middle of the pack team that nobody wants to see pop up on their schedule. They went on to say that while they don’t think they could beat Alabama, it’ll be more interesting to watch than some may think.

Not denying they are greatly improved over the last few years, they have for sure. I also think they are middle of the pack, just not a top third program yet. I wouldn’t complain if they beat everyone but us this year.

A lot of teams in the SEC will miss their cupcakes this year.

Cole is a fanboy of UK's OL which has been stellar the last few years (see Benny Snell and Lynn Bowden). Cats might be ranked a notch or two high but it is a nice sentiment. In the end, rankings don't mean a thing unless you are going for one of the top 4 playoff spots.
