You know i think it would be fun just to watch a little preseason action.

Even though the coaches wouldnt give away any secrets from their playbooks.

At this point of the summer, I wanna say YES! But in reality, NO!

DVD's and VHS will hold me over another month, add in NCAA 06' comming out. Atleast when practice starts there's some video, practice reports etc, to keep a man happy until KICKOFF..

We'll have great match-ups in scrimages O vs D this summer.

You know, the poor ol' NCAA keeps putting preseason such and such games out there such as USC and Va Tech last year (I think that one is the Black Coaches Association game) and then they add a game to the season here and there rulewise, and the next thing you know they have the exact number of games in a total season that they would have had if they had instituted a playoff back when.

At that time they said it would make the season too long and require too many games for the athletes. Well, now we have them and still have no playoff. How hypocritical can one organization get?

Definitly not. Look what happened to Mike Vick 2 years ago in a preseason game. He broke his fibula. When you have these type of games, you run the risk of injury and other potenial problems.

not just no...HELL no. We've lost so many players to injury this year that extra games = extra injurys. Oh and USC vs VT was a regular season game i couldn't tell if you thought it was preseason or not.

Why not let the scout teams play each other? You never know, some undiscovered star could emerge and set the field on fire.

Because they would still beat Alabama's starting group
