Bilas wrote a really good article about why teams lose on ESPN.com. It's an Insider article, but here are a couple of quotes that mention Tennessee.

Talking about turnover margin...
The teams that value the ball the best are Michigan, Missouri, Northern Iowa, Duke, Tennessee, Notre Dame, Wisconsin, Virginia and UNLV.

Teams I have seen that consistently have the best first-shot defense and fewest defensive breakdowns are Texas, Kansas, Missouri, Duke, Temple, Syracuse, Tennessee and Florida State.

And here's the article.

I don't see that they're the same. One is talking about defensive breakdowns and the other is about turnover margin.

I certainly wouldn't have said that the BasketVols are a team that value the basketball last season.

Very interesting that Kentucky isn't on either list. I'm anxious to see how these teams do in March.

Bilas is good, but im not a big fan. Seems like a real D&ckhead.
But I dont get that UT "values the ball". I think JP princes stupid no look pass late in the ole miss game, and Chisms behind the back to beat the press in the Kansas game.
I think UT values good d in the closing minutes.
