A House committee has requested the payroll records of several of the largest, privately owned, insurance companies.
Wouldn't you love to be able to request the records of all your competitors?

Surprised they haven't tried to go after executives pay already.....after all it was on the open page in their playbook.

This demonizing private business is getting a little silly. Someone needs to request the records on all business dealing of members of congress and their spouses/family members to prove a point.

I suspect the house committee will be told to fornicate with itself or given a very sanitized and generally worthless pile of spreadsheets.

You're all a bunch of right wing nut job fear mongerers.

you forgot to add, "unAmerican, well dressed, evil mongering, racist birthers."

wasn't the insurance companies' profit margin pretty small, like 2 or 3%? I keep hearing BS rhetoric about "record profits" and to date, not a single liberal, or democrat, or lawgator, has produced a shred of evidence that insurance companies' profits are out of line.

Public company salaries are out there for all to see. This asking for private records is one more way that "big brother" wants more info than they are "intitled" to.

The government has also "struck a deal" with a Swiss bank to turn over deposit records of Americans.
Time to move the family fortune :)

Like to know what that line would ever be. Make too much and you are evil, make too little and you can't sustain yourself and become a ward of the federal government. Love to know how you meet these "window profits."
