Bottom line is we lost to a team that was better than us on both sides of the ball. MoTigg wanted to prove that the USCe lost was a fluke. Losing like that sucks. It happens. This isn't little league. Everyone can't get a trophy. Unfortunately for the Big Orange, they're forced to work with a Freshman quarterback whose cadence is different than the Junior they've been accustomed to for the entire season. He was jittery and some of his throws showed it. Give the Defense a lot of the blame as well, but your body can only handle so much. They need time to rest and focus on coaches' adjustments on the fly. If Dobbs can get some drives sustained this week, you'll see a difference. Probably not enough for a win, but it will be much more respectable...JMO TIFWIW

I find it so amusing that many on here think we are actually expected to win games when we are double-digit underdogs. They don't quite understand how sports handicapping works.

Sounds like you are more interested in sports handicapping than really being concerned about losing. I guess if we are close to the spread then everything is alright. I suppose final scores are not important....maybe it's about how we played the game and how hard we tried. It's about making sure we hear the same coach speak game after game. I guess it's about how great the opponents defense is and never how bad the offensive line played. It's also about how terrific the other team's offense is as opposed to not doing our jobs on defense. I do not think everyone has "MOVED ON" as was stated in another post!

The OL... how many times do they have to be seen standing around after a play ends before someone loses their job? The ONLY guy I have seen blocking to the whistle this year is Crowder. Others probably have but that guy seems to do it any time he's in.

6-6 will be an underperformance of the talent on the roster and will NOT be a good indicator for the future under this staff. It will not "condemn" them to failure... It will simply be what an "average" coach could accomplish, not a championship coach.
