Computer question

when i reboot i get a prompt saying i have duplicate name on the windows network. whats up with that :dunno:

Your router still has your computer in memory from before you rebooted. You should lock that computer name to the MAC address of your NIC to avoid getting that message anymore.

OR possibly one of your other computers is using the same default computer name. Just go to the control panel -> System -> computer name tab -> change button and change the name of the computer.

The second answer is more than likely the one you want. :good!:

The second suggestion was step by step instructions! :sleep:
Dudes, the RAM is running at 5.3 gigs and ROM at 4.9 causes a deformation of the motherboard and that changes capasitor bit rate at 3.3 megs which creates a data loss at 2.3 mega jewlls. DONT TELL ME I DONT GET IT!:acute:

yeah good call on the second answer that was it i recently reinstalled windows on the wifeys computer and named it the same name...........thanks for the replys
