Jimbo Fisher is NOT going anywhere after this season. However, next season he will be evaluated and must produce a very successful season. FSU fans that are done with Jimbo Fisher will have to put up with him for at least another season. The fan bases that had dreams of landing Jimbo Fisher as there next coach will have to wait until after next season at the earliest.

His buyout is insane. He’ll be there for a very long time

Why exactly are they so awful this year? I know they lost Francois in game #1 and that threw a wrench in their season from the very beginning, but 3-5? Losing 35-3 to Boston College?

I was not aware of this until I was informed of it. Jimbo Fisher has NOT removed a assistant coach since becoming the HC after Bobby Bowden. Every assistant coach that has left took a lateral position or promotion. FSU defensive coordinator and offensive line coach are more likely gone than retained after the end of this season.

There is a lot of criticism around the program about developing quarterbacks. It looks bad when a true freshman starts over a 5th year senior. The offensive line is atrocious and there is all star talent across the board on defense to be as terrible as they have been.

Doesn't Jimbo have a son with a serious medical issue? I cant see him ever leaving Tally regardless of how painful his personal life may be there if that is still true.

We wouldn’t want him anyway.

Yes his son has a serious medical condition. I don't think that would stop FSU from firing him or him leaving later on down the road

Wins nearly 80% of his games, 4 top 10 finishes in 8 seasons, a national title.....yeah, he’s well on his way to the Hall of Fame.

I like Chandler better than Akers at this point

I wasn't happy when Akers went the FSU, I thought he would've really fit well at UT. But I'm not so unhappy now, I would'nt trade John Kelly for two of Akers.

FSU defense has been a major problem. DC probably gone at the end of the season. Too much talent for them to be this bad.
