Well, I am by no means a Bama fan, but I can give credit where credit is due. Enjoy your National Championship!

Bama -- best team, by far. But, Texas is way overrated---Boise St., florida... could beat them easily.

I'll admit...I am not sure if Colt McCoy was healthy, they could beat Alabama. Would it be closer??? Sure...but I still think these two teams are not even on the same level.

if it wasn't for Saban allowing Belichick to call the first two series from a cellphone then this game would be a total blow-out. Whether or not Colt McCoy was playing, TX defense just keeps letting to many runs up the middle go for touchdowns. SEC domination!

Remind me the name of the 3rd string QB that was playing the last time UT won a NC?

That is not a knock at your NC which you guys won fair and square and deserved to win.

That being said, what are we supposed to do? Sit our QB to make it more fair?

Cheap shot is definitely NOT something that they can cry about. Not even close to cheap. Matter of fact the play was whistled dead and Colt was still half way up sitting on a player.

Totally legit hard hit! If Saban had not tried to get cute this game would be a complete blowout. Congrats!

I know Bama is a fierce rival, but on some level, this does make me proud to see that the SEC is pimp slapping the "best" in college football for the 4th year in a row.

I will be more proud when it is them Volunteers doing the :pimp_2: slapping!!

Well the game is far from over, but thank you for the comment. I hope we can finish it. I would honestly rather win against McCoy, but it is what it is.

I'm pretty sure the upper half of the SEC would have played a much better and more competitive game than the Fake UT.
