2 titles in 4 years. well done.

credit the def in the 1st half and tebow in the 2nd. all the match up issues people mentioned proved to be part of why FL won....harvin and co. too much speed....tebow's will.......and a defense that OK hasn't seen all year.

a little surprised it wasn't as high scoring overall, but not surprised at FL winning by double digits.

LG...breathe easy.

see you in Sept.

actually credit the def all the way around.....the 1st half gets extra attn cause of the two goal line stops....but 14 pts total.....i expected them to contain OK...they shut them down.

if not for tebow's turnovers in the 1st, this could very well have been a beat down.

as great as his performance was....i still don't get the impression he's ever going to be a qb in the NFL. best fullback ever maybe....

We could argue all day about what position he'll play and how good he'll play it in the NFL, but the important thing is that he goes to the NFL immediately.

Tebow will not amount to crap in the NFL but his legacy in the college game will last forever unfortunately.

At the end of last season the Gator defense was just putrid. An incredible turnaround. Harvin and Tebow get all the press, but the defense won this c-ship.

They were impressive.

On one note... that 10 yard bumper was played the way Chavis wanted ours to be played but UF arguably has much more talent at CB than Chavis has had over the years. With that said... if your D doesn't have the talent... don't do it.

charlie strong didn't have Larry slade as his def backs coach either......

Yeah, and to think they are all underclassmen...
not a senior starter among them.

regardless of what tebow, harvin et al decide to do this will be primary reason no. 1 why i will have to pick FL to beat us again next year.

my way too early 09 prediction is (if tebow and harvin both come back) is that USC and FL will meet in the 10 national title game.
