The lack of effort by the few upperclassmen we have is inexcusable! CBJ needs to just tell the truth, that being we're just not a very good football team, period! In a few years, will be a different story as I see our staff building a dynasty!!

I think the Oline has played horrible tonight. I questioned the release of Sam Pittman when it happened and even more so now.

It's high standards to expect a coach making almost $3 mil to get to 6 wins with a team of 3* and 4* players? We just got our ass kicked by a coached-up 2* and 3* team.

I'll agree with that... Yes we have killed ourselves... But to hold CBJ and staff to such high standards is a bit much... Let's be real about this whole year... 5-7 seems realistic

Missouri is good and they are well coached. We have a long way to go.

CBJ needs more than 1 year to change the mentality of these players. They meltdown when things tend to go wrong, especially on the road

Y'all need to step away from the ledge. Mizzou is a good team. We aren't that good yet. We have an extremely slow D. Don't have a big time rb. And it was our freshman qb's first start. Not sure what some of y'all were expecting this year,but we are playing with less talent and experience than last year. And have already surpassed last years team by beating a ranked sec opponent. The stated goal is a bowl game. We will get it. Then you got to look at this incoming #2 ranked class. I think CBJ is doing the best with what he has to work with. With the way he is recruiting it won't be long til we are back to where we are suppose to be. GoVols

I think the guys are giving it their best. It just looks like they are not trying because they are not very good.

Watching them is sure painful though. Makes you wonder if Tennessee is ever going to be Tennessee again.
